Transporting furniture and coordinating a handover are related but different jobs. You may need transport, packing, assembly and adjustment providers plus someone to coordinate their schedules. If you are abroad, establish who authorises access and receives each activity in Colombia. The brief should identify each provider’s tasks, who checks delivery and how outstanding matters are recorded; a date reservation alone does not establish insurance coverage.
