No. You can commission this service for an unlisted property and without engaging us to buy or sell. Each assignment has its own proposal.
Can I commission the service from abroad?
Yes, for matters concerning Colombia. We coordinate remote conversations and in-person activities in Antioquia where included. Scope, availability and communication channels are agreed in the proposal.
Does submitting the form commit me to payment?
No. It is a request for contact and a quote. Engagement and payment are arranged later, outside the website, when you accept a proposal.
